Villa Adriatica offers 180 m² of living space and is set on a beautifully landscaped 500 m² plot, providing a perfect balance of privacy, comfort, and Mediterranean charm. The ground floor features a spacious and bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant dining area, and a comfortable living room. The living area opens onto a covered terrace, ideal for enjoying morning coffee, relaxing during the day, or spending evenings with a glass of wine.
The villa has four modern bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and individually controlled air conditioning. An additional guest toilet is also available.
The outdoor area is designed for complete relaxation and enjoyment. Guests can refresh themselves in the heated swimming pool, unwind on the covered terrace, or prepare meals in the barbecue area and enjoy dining outdoors with family and friends.
