Beautiful Dalmatian stone villa situated in Sukošan only 50m from the sea.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sleeping sofa and a flat TV-SAT. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances. There are two double bedrooms and each bathroom is en-suite. There is a separate toilet in the house. One bedroom has an extra bed for one guest. Villa is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, satellite/TV, air conditioning and free WiFi.
Outside the house is a covered terrace, heated swimming pool (32m2) with deck chairs. Yard is completelly fenced.
Pets allowed on request only with an additional fee of 10 EUR/day/pet.
