This beautiful, small and typical Dalmatian villa is located in the picturesque village of Pridraga near the city of Zadar and the Novigradsko More. The villa is in a great location from which you can visit the city of Zadar and numerous beautiful beaches.
The 75 m² living space of the villa extends over the entire ground floor. The holiday home can accommodate up to five people. You have two bedrooms (double bed room and a double room with extra bed), a living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The villa has air conditioning (living/dining area), satellite TV, wireless internet, dishwasher and washing machine.
The entire property is surrounded by a wall and offers privacy. Outside you will find a furnished terrace, lounge area, barbecue facilities and of course the large swimming pool with sun loungers. In the inner courtyard there is a swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower.
