Villa Premasole, a luxurious stone villa in the peaceful village of Zemunik Gornji near Zadar, is ideal for team buildings, private gatherings, family vacations, and get-togethers with friends. Set on a 5000 m² Mediterranean garden with olive trees and aromatic herbs reminiscent of a "little Tuscany," the villa offers complete privacy thanks to the high stone walls surrounding the property. Decorated in traditional Dalmatian style, with restored antique furniture and old stone, the villa has often been featured in TV shows and commercials.
With eight air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a library, and a modern kitchen, the villa has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The large outdoor terrace with a grill and dining table is perfect for group meals, while the heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym provide year-round relaxation.
The first floor includes a spacious terrace with sliding glass walls, a dining area, and a fireplace, offering an ideal space to relax with a view of the garden. The second floor has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee, and additional accommodation is available in the neighboring Cottage Premasole for larger groups.
