The modern oval-shaped villa, Feriatum Lissa, is a unique blend of contemporary architecture and the Feng Shui philosophy of living, offering guests a harmonious and relaxing ambiance. Located in Ždrelac on the island of Pašman, it provides exclusive accommodation in a spacious and luxuriously designed setting.
The interior of the villa is divided into two separate sections, with a pool as the central element. The spacious open-concept living room and kitchen create a comfortable gathering space, while four bedrooms are designed for maximum comfort, each with its own modernly equipped bathroom. Both sections of the villa feature a kitchen with a dining area and living room, as well as two en-suite bedrooms. One part of the villa is specially adapted for individuals with disabilities, allowing seamless wheelchair access. All rooms are air-conditioned, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms ensures a comfortable stay year-round. Between the two residential sections, there is a fully equipped office space that also serves as a reception area for welcoming guests—ideal for those who wish to combine relaxation with work obligations.
A fully equipped gym with a sauna and a private bathroom is also available.
A covered parking area for three cars is provided, including an electric charging station.
The villa’s outdoor space is just as impressive as its interior.
