This exceptional beachfront villa will take your breath away with its location. It is a 130 year old traditional Dalmatian olive mill converted into a stone villa best suited for 10 guests.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The living area has a flat-screen satellite TV and a double sofa bed.
This whole area has an exit to the pool area and beach which is right in front of the house. There is also a toilet and washing facilities.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The entire property is equipped with WIFI and AC units in every room. There is free private parking for three cars.
In the garden you will find a private pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with an outdoor seating area and a playground with swings and a slide.
The beach is only 5 meters away. Brijesta is a village in the Municipality of Ston. Dubrovnik-Neretva County is the southernmost part of Croatia and includes the Pelješac peninsula (65 km long).
The bay of Mali Ston separates the mainland from Pelješac. Ston is known for its second longest walls in Europe. 24 km north of Ston (or 75 km north of Dubrovnik) lies the peaceful village of Brijesta. Brijesta offers typical Mediterranean climate, lush vegetation and crystal clear waters of the Adriatic Sea.
During the 7-month period from April to October (214 days), Brijesta features an average of 194 sunny days with moderately hot and warm weather.
