On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The living area has a flat-screen satellite TV and a double sofa bed.
This whole area has an exit to the pool area and beach which is right in front of the house. There is also a toilet and washing facilities.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The entire property is equipped with WIFI and AC units in every room. There is free private parking for three cars.
