Staying in this facility will be far enough away from mass tourism and everyday stress and you will be able to recharge your batteries to return to everyday life. The owner offers the possibility of transfer from the airport to the exit and vice versa for the fee and also the rental van. Be sure to visit the city of Zadar and its historical and cultural sights, taste its autochthonous gourmet delicacies and enjoy excursion programs and a rich day and night life.
The 167 m² villa offers space for up to 12 people on two floors. The premises are divided as follows:
On the ground floor of the house is the living/dining area with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From the living/dining area you can access the terrace of the house and the pool.
Please note that there is an outdoor staircase to access the first floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms (three bedrooms with double beds and two with separate beds). Also on this floor are two bathrooms with showers. The first floor also offers a furnished balcony.
The holiday home is equipped with 5 air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet, dishwasher and washing machine.
Outside you will find the large swimming pool with sun loungers, lounge area, terrace, summer kitchen with barbecue facilities and a small lawn with a children's trampoline and a small slide. In the front courtyard there are covered and safe secured 4 parking places, and in the back yard outdoor kitchen with grill, sitting area and spacious pool, as well as and additional toilet.
Beautiful sand and pebble beaches can be found in the coastal towns of Sukosan and Bibinje, 10-15 minutes away. A trip to the city of Zadar, which is well worth seeing, is also worthwhile.
