The apartment is fully equipped and consists of 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. With a sofa bed in the living room, it is suitable for a group of 6 people. All furniture and appliances are of high quality.

Accommodation is a newly built villa in a small tourist town of Bibinje, only 150 m from the local beach. The villa consists of 4 modern apartments with a communal rooftop pool and a roof terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers overlooking the sea. The pool is 32m2 and heated.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Besonders der Pool hat uns sehr gefallen.

Gute Kommunikation von Anfang an, dadurch war auch die Schlüsselübernahme und -Übergabe problemlos. Danijela und Antonio waren tolle Gastgeber und das Appartement war wunderschön, alles wie beschrieben. Die Lage war perfekt und sehr ruhig. Pool auf dem Dach mit Meerblick hat unser Urlaub zusätzlich versüßt, aber auch der Strand war zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

La Villa Perla was the perfect choice for us. Beautiful apartement (new, clean, big balcony), amazing view on the rooftop with pool!! Within a 10-15min walk you are in the little town Bibinje with a lot of amazing restaurants. Supermarket and other stores are close by too. And it’s really close to Zadar.
