La Perla is a newly built villa located in a small tourist town Bibinje, only 150 m from the local beach. The villa consists of 4 modern apartments with a shared pool on the roof of the house, and a terrace overlooking the sea. The pool is heated, making this villa an ideal choice for all year.
Apartment A2 is 83 m2 in size and is located on the ground floor of the villa. The apartment is fully equipped and consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. With a sofa bed in the living room, it is suitable for a group of 6 people.
