Suite Zveretter is the perfect holiday home, located right on the beach, ideal for those seeking complete tranquility and immediate proximity to the sea. Guests have exclusive access to the entire upper floor of the house, covering 70 m², providing privacy and comfort. The apartment features two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which offers a stunning sea view, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances for a carefree stay.
A special charm of this property comes from its spacious terraces. On the upper floor, there are two terraces offering different atmospheres throughout the day. One terrace of 15 m² faces the sea and is perfect for enjoying the sunrise, while from midday onward it provides pleasant natural shade. The second, larger terrace of 35 m² is south-facing, wind-protected, and features an infrared cabin, making it ideal for relaxation, morning coffee, or peaceful evenings with breathtaking sea views.
On the ground floor there is a cozy winter garden, which offers a comfortable space to relax and is also used for breakfast service in case of bad weather.
Guests also have access to sun loungers directly on the beach for ultimate enjoyment by the sea.
For an extra touch of holiday luxury, we offer the option of organizing a barbecue evening or a traditional Dalmatian “peka” dinner. Adventure enthusiasts have at their disposal beach golf equipment, a stand-up paddleboard, a buggy for exploring the island, and bicycles. Breakfast can be arranged for an additional €15 per person, and in case of bad weather, it is served in the cozy winter garden. Pets are welcome, with a secure fenced garden for safe and carefree movement, for an additional €10 per day.
