This brand new penthouse apartment is located in Bibinje, only 5 km from the center of the city of Zadar. It is part of a 3 unit complex with a communal pool and is on the top floor. Modern decor with clean lines extends throughout the property, giving you a sense of luxury and freedom of movement.
The apartment has 2 rooms with double beds and 1 room with a single bed, all air-conditioned, making it a perfect place for a group of 5 people. One room has its own bathroom and the other two rooms share a bathroom. The living room, the kitchen and the dining room have an open concept that offers space for pleasant hours together.
The flow of this space continues on a 100 m2 roof terrace, equipped with garden furniture and parasols, with sea views and for exclusive use.
The communal pool area is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. There are 2 parking spaces for each apartment, SAT TV and air conditioning throughout the apartment.
