This amazing house is located in Zadar, 5 km from the city center. The beach (Borik) is 2.5 km away, a very beautiful and popular beach with many amenities such as bars, restaurants and shops.
It consists of 7 units: one two-bedroom apartment, two one-bedroom apartments, two studio apartments (one with an additional sofa bed for 2 people) and two en-suite rooms.
The house therefore has a total of 8 bedrooms, 5 kitchens, 7 bathrooms and is ideal for larger groups of friends or families who want to spend their holidays together but have their own space and privacy.
In the yard there are 8 open parking spaces, a large barbecue area with a covered terrace and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with hotplates, a microwave, a coffee-espresso machine with beans, an extra toilet, a great seating area with a wooden table.
A well-equipped gym is located in the basement.
The pool is 8m x 4m, there is also an outdoor poolside shower and jacuzzi. The villa is spacious, simply and modernly furnished and is ideal for accommodating several families wishing to spend their holidays together.
The villa has 3 floors connected by an internal staircase. The gym is located in the basement and has its own outside entrance. A fenced back yard provides security for children to play, and the spacious pool is ideal for cooling off on hot summer days.
