This spacious villa, set on a 1000 m² property, is ideal for a relaxing vacation. The villa accommodates six guests and features three comfortable bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Two modernly equipped bathrooms ensure a high level of comfort for all guests.
The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen provide a homely atmosphere, while the outdoor area offers numerous opportunities to enjoy the fresh air. Guests can relax by the private pool and jacuzzi, which is heated during the pre- and postseason, or prepare delicious meals on the garden barbecue. The Peninsula can be reached on foot or by visiting the famous Barkajoli, historical boatmen who have been ferrying people across the sea since the 14th century.
