This Brand new Villa is located near a famous tourist resort In Zaton, Croatia with a rich offer of various entertainment facilities for children and adults. Spend a relaxing holiday in Zaton with sandy and pebble beaches.

The interior of the house is tastefully and functionally decorated. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms - one bedrooms has a double bed, second bedroom has a twin bed which you can turn into double bed and a third one has a two single beds. There is also a spacious and modern living room with a double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. 

In the basement is a gym and laundry, and the outside of the house you can enjoy in a beautiful furnished terrace, barbecue and a large pool where you can refresh yourself during hot summer days. Prepare your favorite dishes on the grill while your children have fun in the pool.

Zaton is a small coastal town located in the Bay of Zaton in the Zadar Channel on the Croatian coast. It is is known for its typical Dalmatian architecture, pleasant Mediterranean climate, unspoilt nature, rich cultural and historical heritage, and busy pace of life.
Remnants of life and culture in the Zaton area date from the beginning of the Bronze Age, about 4 000 years ago. In Roman times it was a port that belonged to Aenona (Nin).

Die Villa war sehr sauber und groß. Sie sah aus wie auf den Bildern, wir waren Vorort sogar noch positiver überrascht von ihr. Für 6 Personen wirklich die perfekte Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, wir bekamen alle Informationen die wir benötigt haben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, man kommt vom dort überall hin.

The best place we could be! An ideal house for families with children, but also for couples. On the sidelines and at the same time close to larger cities. In the vicinity of the restaurant, bakery and beaches. The equipment of the house is amazing, we did not miss anything, the swimming pool is well-kept, the interior of the house is beautiful!
