Nice cozy family house only 10 minutes drive from Sukoras and Zadar. The house is on a quiet street and in an area perfect for a vacation.
The 110 m² holiday home can accommodate up to eight people. You have three bedrooms (2 double rooms & 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a bathroom with bathtub, a guest toilet and a living/dining area with kitchen. In the living area, a sofa bed offers space for two people.
Outside: The property is on 500 mt2, completely fenced and secured. There is a beautiful pool area with a covered barbecue area, a large wooden dining table and an additional outside toilet. Sun loungers, a parasol and an outside shower are available by the pool.
There are also 4 bicycles and a children's playground available to guests.
A transfer from the airport to the house can be arranged, with a surcharge of 40 EUR per car, one-way.
