Holiday Home Urbana – it`s name says it all. If you need a home to spend your holiday in, but are more inclined to urban surroundings, Holiday Home Urbana is exactly what you need! Located in a quiet residential area in the town of Zadar, it provides vicinity of every urban requirement you can think of – shops, markets, activities, sightseeing, beaches, night life... Everything is at a hand`s reach.
Holliday Home Urbana consists of two floors. Each floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan living space – living room, dining room and kitchen. Aditionally, each floor has two A/C units strategically placed to control the temperature on the entire floor.
On the first floor two bedrooms have 2 single beds which can be conjoined on request, and one bedroom has a double bed. On the second floor one bedroom has 2 single beds and two bedrooms have double beds. All of these amenities make this Holiday Home a perfect place for a multi-family traveling group with a maximum of 12 guests.
When you are not enjoying yourself in the beautiful pool area, swimming or sunbathing, you can all come together on a charming terrace with a dalmatian tavern decor. Preparing meals together, dining with family and friends, or just having an evening glass of wine in familiar company – that is what it is all about.
Holiday Home Urbana offers Wi-Fi, SAT TV and private parking for it`s guests.
Pets are allowed upon request and with the homeowner`s approval with an additional charge of 10 EUR/day/pet.
Please note that, contrary to general (strict) cancellation policy, Holiday Home Urbana has a non-refundable cancellation policy. If a guest cancels at any time after the booking is confirmed, no refund will be made and the total amount needs to be paid.
