Although located in a serene and relaxing environment, the house is perfectly positioned near the historic city of Zadar and the town of Novigrad, while the beach is just 600 meters away, offering the perfect combination of seaside relaxation and cultural exploration.
The house spans 70 m² on the ground floor and is situated on a beautifully maintained and fenced property, providing complete privacy and freedom of movement. It consists of a modern kitchen, spacious dining area, and a cozy living room. There are two bedrooms with double beds, offering comfortable accommodation for a family or a group, along with a functional bathroom.
What makes Baroque Art truly stand out are the many amenities designed for complete enjoyment and relaxation. Guests can unwind in the steam sauna and jacuzzi, or stay active in the well-equipped gym. For evening entertainment, there is a home cinema with a projector and a PlayStation console for gaming enthusiasts. A chess set is also available for quieter moments.
Outside, you’ll find a private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue area, and a covered terrace – perfect for meals and socializing on warm summer days and nights.
The house offers two private parking spaces and is fully covered with free Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome – small dogs up to 4 kg are accepted with an additional charge of €10 per day.
